These terms apply when you use the Habitaap app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Habitaap.

1. The service

Habitaap is a personal habit tracker. It is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Habitaap.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give a real email address you can access, so you can confirm it and reset your password.

3. Your content

The habits, notes and challenges you create are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. In a shared challenge, other participants see your display name, the challenge's habit titles and your progress.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Use offensive, hateful or illegal names, titles or descriptions, especially in shared challenges.
  • Try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around the app's limits.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
  • Use the app to harass, spam or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Not medical advice

Habitaap helps you track habits. It is not a medical, fitness or mental health service. Talk to a qualified professional before making health decisions.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Habitaap reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Habitaap and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your data permanently.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Habitaap after a change means you accept the new terms.
